Pats Peak Sets Up For Hawaiian Weekend March 11 & 12,

Pats Peak announces its 32nd Annual Hawaiian Weekend Celebration, March 11 and 12, 2023. Hawaiian Weekend is the perfect time to celebrate spring skiing and riding. There are plenty of tropical decorations around the mountain. Skiers and snowboarders receive a Hawaiian Lei to join in the fun.

All departments compete to have the ‘most spirited department’ with each department responsible for decorating its area in tropical decorations and this year’s theme is “Jurassic World”. One department is awarded the most spirited department and one employee receives the most spirited employee.

“Everyone is excited for Hawaiian Weekend. It’s not just our guests but also our employees who look forward to it ever season. Our employees love to dress up and compete for the most spirited employee contest. The decorations are always great and brings smiles to everyone’s face. We see lots of tropical outfits on the slopes,” says Kris Blomback, Pats Peak General Manager.

The BAHA Brothers will be playing in the Sled Pub on Saturday from 5pm to 8pm. On Sunday, Pan Loco will be playing in the Sled Pub from 12pm to 3pm. Harpoon UFO Pineapple is the sponsor of the Après-Ski Party in the Sled Pub both days with lots of great raffle prizes. The cafeteria will be serving Hawaiian lunch specials on both days.
