Loon Mountain Resort to Host Its First-Ever NEMBA Day On July 26

Loon Mountain Resort is excited to announce its first-ever NEMBA Day, taking place on Saturday, July 26, in partnership with the New England Mountain Bike Association (NEMBA).

NEMBA is a passionate community of over 10,000 mountain bikers dedicated to building, preserving, and enjoying trails throughout New England. NEMBA Day celebrates mountain biking and community, inviting riders of all levels to enjoy the trails and connect with fellow enthusiasts.

Mick Ferraro, who serves as NEMBA’s Membership and Outreach Director, shared, “We're incredibly excited about our partnership with Loon and the opportunity to bring a day of riding to the mountain. Loon's commitment to the outdoors and providing an exceptional recreational experience aligns with our mission and values.

Our members couldn't be more excited to see NEMBA and Loon working together to help grow the sport of mountain biking.”

NEMBA Day highlights include:

  • A Golden Ticket Scavenger Hunt with a GoPro up for grabs
  • Raffles
  • Music on the Kancamagus 8 patio
  • Sample pours from New Hampshire's own Stoneface Brewing Co.
  • A ladies-only group ride will also take place—welcoming women to ride the Bike Park, discover new trails, and build community on two wheels.

NEMBA members will also receive exclusive perks:

  • Special ticket discounts (available through NEMBA)
  • 15% off Loon-branded apparel at Trail Blazers and The Bird (with proof of membership)
