Linus Straßer Signs With Head

A technical specialist with five World Cup victories so far, Linus Straßer joins the Rebels. In February 2025, the 32-year-old German athlete won the Bronze medal in the Slalom at the World Championships in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
"Linus Straßer is currently the best German technical discipline skier by a long way. That's why we are delighted that he decided to switch to HEAD following the trials. He is the perfect match for our team," says HEAD Racing Director Rainer Salzgeber. "He has already reached second place in the Slalom World Cup, and we want to build on his results. The German team is highly professional and works very well. I am confident that we will work very well together on the path to success.
"I want to make changes that focus on the future"
"Over the past few weeks, I've given a lot of thought to last season. I realised that I would like to make a few changes for next season, especially with a focus on the Olympics," says Linus Straßer. "Among other things, I have decided to change my ski brand. I had very good trials that were extremely well organised, where I was impressed by the new equipment as well as by the professional HEAD service team. After nine years, it's time to choose a different path. It feels good, and I already feel at home with the HEAD company."
