LEITNER Upgrades Galtbergbahn

The first construction work on the new Galtbergbahn in Stubai (Tyrol/Austria) has begun.

The new 10-passenger gondola lift will come with spacious cabins with premium seats, a speed of up to 6 m/s and a capacity of 1,400 people per hour, which can be increased to up to 2,000. The extension from the bottom station at the Fronebenalm to the top station above the Galtalm at 1,760 metres is also new and will offer more quality, comfort and safety in the upcoming season.
