Le Bent Teams Up With North American Athletes & Ambassadors

With a growing foothold in North America, le bent expands its already stellar, A-list of ski, snowboard, and trail running athletes with a strong winter, North American athlete and ambassador line up.

Forty ambassadors nation-wide, including the likes of pro-freeskier Cody Townsend, backcountry freestyler Sander Hadley, FWT athlete Andrew Pollard, freerider Lexi Dowdall, snowboarder Summer Fenton, Warren Miller athlete Forrest Jillson, backcountry mountaineer Noah Howell, and renowned photographer Christian Pondella, are putting le bent products to the ultimate test, day-in and day-out, in the respective environments.

"We’re so thrilled to be able to work closely with our team of athletes and ambassadors in North America to build brand awareness and support our retail partners in doing so," says le bent co-founder, Simon Blondel. "It’s a testament to le bent's quality of product to secure such amazing riders. The future is exciting."

Tahoe-based freeski athlete Cody Townsend, winner of multiple industry awards and a legend in his sport, has teamed up with le bent to create a signature sock, Le Send, available Fall 2019. From skiing what some have called “the most insane ski line ever,” to adventuring in the Arctic, and hanging in the backcountry with his buds, Townsend continues to push the limits of the freeski community and is currently on a mission to climb and ski all of North America's "50 Classic Descents."

"Joining the le bent team means joining a crew hell-bent on innovation and performance," says Townsend. "Their trust in my ideas and execution in bringing them to life means there are products that now exist to fit my needs at the highest level. I couldn’t be more stoked to join such a quality company."

As respected community members, these athletes and ambassadors will build brand awareness and affinity in epicenters like Jackson, Vail, Aspen, Squaw, and Salt Lake City, while working with their local retailers to drive sales.
