KitzSki Is “World’s Best Ski Resort” 2023 According To Skiresort.de

There are over 6,100 ski resorts in 86 countries worldwide. The test by SKIRESORT.DE confirms that KitzSki and its employees do an outstanding job, which is why top marks were awarded in all criteria. Guests enjoy a high-quality skiing experience at KitzSki. What is particularly appreciated are the well-groomed slopes, modern and sustainable lifts and the wide range of services on offer.

Kitzbühel | Kirchberg | Mittersill. KitzSki scored 4.9 out of 5 possible stars in the international test by SKIRESORT.DE, particularly due to the spaciousness and size of the ski area as well as its modern infrastructure. The varied range of slopes, the lifts and cable cars as well as the snow reliability and quality of the slope preparation were also rated as excellent. The KitzSki ski area is ideal for families and children, beginners, experts and freeriders as well as snow park fans. “We are proud that we were able to meet the numerous criteria so excellently and that we were awarded the ‘World’s Best Ski Resort 2023’ award,” say Mag. Anton Bodner and Mag. Christian Wörister, board duo of the Bergbahn Kitzbühel in unison. “At this point, a special thank you goes to all of our employees, who put great effort into looking after our guests and ensuring that the skiing runs smoothly throughout the season.”

Factors such as cleanliness and hygiene, orientation, information and environmentally friendly ski operations are playing an increasingly important role; KitzSki fulfills this 100 percent. The range of accommodation directly on the slopes or near the lifts as well as the catering in the 60 mountain restaurants and huts in the ski area are also outstanding. Exclusive après-ski, friendly staff and excellent accessibility by public transport make KitzSki a popular ski destination for national and international ski audiences.

Oliver Kern, Managing Director of SKIRESORT.DE, congratulates the entire KitzSki team on the award. “Satisfied guests, motivated staff and a fantastic natural backdrop – the enthusiasm for skiing is clearly noticeable throughout the entire ski area. This form of authenticity and the legendary World Cup feeling of Kitzbühel give KitzSki an unmistakable character,” says Oliver Kern.
