Kitzbuhel's Dr. Viktoria Veider-Walser Wins Crisis Manager Of The Year 2021
The online platform Leadersnet once again called for the election of the crisis managers of the year. Dr. Viktoria Veider-Walser, Managing Director of Kitzbühel Tourism, not only took first place in the tourism category, but also overall victory.
The Leadersnet editorial team nominated people for the best crisis managers in the country who attracted particular attention this year - in both positive and negative ways. This was followed by two parallel voting phases by the jury and readership, where, in addition to “digital competence” and “ability to be credible”, “flexibility” was also asked and rated using a tried and tested star system. The calculated factor from performance, number of votes and votes of the jury was decisive for the ranking.
Dr. Viktoria Veider-Walser, Managing Director of Kitzbühel Tourism, impressed with her performance and her network and was named Crisis Manager of the Year 2021 in front of top Austrian top managers. The youngest managing director of the Tyrolean tourism associations also took first place in the tourism category.
