French Mechanical Revolution In Snowboarding Launches

The brand BLACK-LINE unveils the new version of its groundbreaking innovation: the QuickSett 2.0, a world-first mechanical
system that redifines how snowboarders ride.
The QuickSett is designed and built for snowboarders, especially those with sensitive knees. You can remotely lock and unlock the rotation of your binding on the board, to a cruising position (like skateboarding). Beyond the comfort and relief that the QuickSett provides, it will also improve all the laborious aspects of snowboarding, namely : one foot, the discomfort of the knee on the chairlifts and in queues.
It’s a 100% mechanical system that allows riders to instantly unlock their front foot, making it easier to move comfortably on flat areas and chairlifts — and to avoid the knee twists every snowboarder knows too well.
- The QuickSett 1.0 sold over 5,000 units last season, and we’re now preparing 11,000 units of the new 2.0 version for this winter.
- Production is underway, and the first shipments start next week.
- The product will be live on black-line.co.
- It’s a French innovation, already adopted by over 5,000 riders in more than 50 countries
Designed and manufactured France, the QuickSett 2.0 allows riders to instantly unlock the rotation of their front foot, making it easier to move on flat areas, chairlifts, and around the resort, while preventing repeated knee twists.
The first version of QuickSett was a major success, with over 5,000 units sold last season. This year, BLACK-LINE is ramping up production with 11,000 units of the new QuickSett 2.0 available worldwide. Already used by snowboarders in more than 50 countries, from USA to Japan, QuickSett has established itself as a must-have innovation for riders around the globe.
Designed by passionate snowboarders tired of twisting their knees on chairlifts and struggling on flat sections, the QuickSett lets riders switch from ride mode to walk mode in one simple move.
With no electronics, no batteries, and full resistance to water and cold, this purely mechanical system delivers a new level of freedom of movement — a true revolution for everyday snowboarders.
