Enrope Awarded Contract To Future Proof Wedellifts 1 + 2 At Sudelfeld Ski Resort

Enrope  has been awarded the contract to future-proof Wedellifts 1 + 2 at the Sudelfeld ski resort (Germany).

The two lifts serve an easy slope with a fun park, which is popular among beginners of all ages.

The drag lifts were originally built in 1969 and 1974, and were later retrofitted with entry support towers to enable self-service. However, it turned out that beginners, in particular, struggled with the T-bar system. Assistance during boarding and repeated shutdowns were often required.

The operator has therefore requested a conversion to platter drag lifts with stepless speed adjustment before the 2025/26 winter season. The renowned 200 Magnetik retractable systems and Luis drive stations from enrope are the perfect solution. They offer smooth disk return, stress-free boarding, and a comfortable, safe ride.
