Frippe Stenberg Becomes New Commercial Manager At The Swedish Ski Association

Frippe Stenberg has been recruited as the new commercial manager at the Swedish Ski Association. After a careful recruitment process, Stenberg has been chosen to lead the work to strengthen the association's commercial value, increase revenue and develop marketing and sales strategies.

Frippe Stenberg takes up the role from an interim assignment as Vice President Marketing and Digital Sales at Strawberry and CMO for Spenn, a joint venture between Strawberry and Norwegian. He will take a central position within the Swedish Ski Association and will work in the management, as well as together with all the association's sports, to develop commercial concepts and partnerships.

"We are very happy to welcome Frippe to our team. His solid experience in the commercial area, together with his passion for winter sports, makes him a valuable addition. We look forward to his work, above all, strengthening our external visibility, increasing our commercial revenues and contributing to increasing communication throughout Ski and Snowboard Sweden," says Pernilla Bonde, Secretary General of the Swedish Ski Association.

Frippe has built up a strong background in sales, business development and relationship building over several years. At the Swedish Ski Association, he will be responsible for creating attractive rights packages, developing long-term partnerships and nurturing collaboration with media partners.

"Having the opportunity to step into this role feels both fun, challenging and exciting. I believe and hope that with my great commitment I can contribute to developing the association's commercial offering. With a broad and great interest in skiing and sports, I can say that it is a bit of a dream job. I will always be grateful and proud of the work I have carried out in my previous roles and what I have achieved together with them. These are truly experiences that I bring with me to the association," says Frippe Stenberg.

Frippe's experience in developing growth-driving strategies and his strategic ability will be an important key to taking the Swedish Ski Association's commercial work to the next level - both internally through exchange of experience and synergies - and externally through a stronger brand, increased visibility and more long-term collaborations.
