Music On The Mountain
Live music will continue at Bogus Basin on weekends through September, including the two final Music on the Mountain performances of the season. This Saturday’s concert will feature Idaho native and nationally touring artist Jeff Crosby, performing on the Base Area stage.
Known for his distinctive Americana and country style, Crosby recently released his seventh studio album, Another Petal Falls Off the Rose. Additional performances will include Mattravers-Bell and Ryan Curtis.
Bogus Basin is also celebrating the exciting nomination of Maddy Baldwin, a lift mechanic at the mountain, who is one of just five finalists in the national Ski Area Management magazine Rise Up Challenge, which honors up-and-coming lift mechanics in the ski industry. A short video profile of Maddy is online, and Bogus Basin is rallying both employees and the public to cast their votes through this Friday, August 15th to help Maddy secure the honor.
“She definitely makes this place fun, brings her personality in. I would absolutely trust her with my life up on a tower”John Paradis, Lift Mechanic/Electrical
