Grand Reopening Of Yoshimi Pop-Up At Grand Hyatt Vail

Yoshimi Pop-Up returns for its second fall/winter season and welcomes back guests, visitors and locals alike. Located within Grand Hyatt Vail’s stylish resort setting, this eagerly awaited pop-up restaurant features signature maki rolls, handmade nigiri, Sapporo on tap and Suntory Highball whiskey on draft. 
Leading the pop-up is sushi chef Efrain Canales, who also joins the Grand Hyatt Vail culinary team. Originally from Zacatecas, Mexico, Canales has refined his skills over the years working his way up from line cook to head sushi chef, most recently at Hooked in Beaver Creek. Now in collaboration with the internationally acclaimed Yoshimi culinary team from the renowned Yoshimi Restaurant at the Hyatt Regency, Mexico City, Canales brings his decades of distinguished experience to the Yoshimi Pop-up.
